For custom work, please note that the delivery timeframe may be longer than our standard 7-14 working days. This is due to the additional design, proofing, testing, and delivering phases involved in the custom work process.

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to track your delivery.

Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges for standard video/box brochure delivery within the UK are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be shown at the checkout. Please note that any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our shipping charges.
