RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Any damage or signs of use may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@rekordeo.com . They will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver all standard video/box brochure orders within 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or logistical issues.

     

  • For custom work, please note that the delivery timeframe may be longer than our standard 7-14 working days. This is due to the additional design, proofing, testing, and delivering phases involved in the custom work process.

     

  •  Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to track your delivery.

     

  • Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges for standard video/box brochure delivery within the UK are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be shown at the checkout. Please note that any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our shipping charges.

     

  • Delivery Method: We use a variety of trusted carriers to deliver our standard video/box brochure orders within the UK. Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of order. If you require delivery to an alternative address, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

  • Please note that any delays in providing feedback on design proofs or changes to the initial brief may impact the delivery timeframe. However, we will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum and deliver your custom work as soon as possible.

     

  • Returns: If you wish to return your standard video/box brochure order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging for us to process the return. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
